I visited the Dr. Anupama Bajaj for my ADHD assessment which was suggested by my psychiatrist. She was very friendly and gave me a very detailed report about my symptoms. I met Dr. Anupama Bajaj at Banjara Academy for art based therapy through a workshop and then I took her personal appointment. The best part about her is her keen observations towards clients' issues, empathy and hits the sweet spot of apt amount of talking as the best counsellor.

She is our mentor of the therapy course currently I'm pursuing...extremely understanding and empathetic person..learning so many new concepts n theories of life through her invigorating sessions.

Always friendly and understanding of our family dynamics. Helped us stay calm and work though the issues by teaching us along the way. Some issues were complex yet found way for us to easily understand them and find a path forward.

Dr. Anupama is a very well intending and learned psychologist with understanding of varied aspects. She has a keen eye on individual characteristics and helps you accept the difficulties faster with very simple solutions to complex situations.

I personally wanted to discuss with a "lady" who is "older" than me and has "raised children" herself who could relate to me.

All in all, in just a very few hours we are again on our own and are better. She had made very powerful statements and simple diagnosis of spectrum that made my outlook towards myself, children and everything around completely changed. With a more open heart, life is a bit better.
