Dr. Jijith is truly a genius. He took one look and accurately diagnosed it as herpes zoster. I didn’t even know what that was, but he patiently explained everything to me in the kindest and calmest way. Despite how anxious and panicked I was, he helped me understand the condition and its possible causes. His treatment worked wonders—my blisters started healing and crusted off within 10 days!
Also, the receptionist (I wish I had her name) was incredibly kind and helpful. She followed up with me, ensured I had everything I needed, and was quick to provide assistance whenever I reached out, both online and offline.
