Hoped for better: Treatment satisfaction
We have been going to the doc since 3-4 years. This time, I was prescribed a considerably less powered spectacles than my existent power. I had repeatedly expressed my concern that the decrease was not normal. Yet the doctor prescribed the same power. Going with doctors conviction I got my glasses made. Costed me 4000. *** ********** ***** *** ********** Had to get them corrected and spend double. Utterly unhappy.

I have known Dr Manish for 20 years now. He is our go-to superman for any eye related issue. A few years ago, he had performed cataract surgery for my wife. And recently, for her second eye as well. My only complaint is that she sees too much!😀
The medical insurance re-imbursement process was also extremely streamlined, managed by his very competent staff.
Dr Manish is our first and last choice for any matter related to nature's greatest gift to us, our eyes.
We are lucky we have him as our doctor!

As expected, doctor was very cordial. Understood the problem in length and suggested the most practical solution. Have implemented his suggestion and will observe the improvement. My mother cataract surgery of both eyes was successfully was conducted by Dr Raval with best satisfying experience and I have no doubt that his suggestion will definitely work. May be I will return with more better words after 15 days.

Dr raval operated on my wife for cataract 3 years back ( multifocal toric ) and when I thought I was developing vision difficulties I knew I didn’t have to worry because dr raval was there.
That’s a very important thing for someone without medical connections, because trusting someone for your eyes is probably the biggest fear any patient has..
But as before, dr Manish has been an angel for us, and I got operated for cataract in both eyes and have 6/6 vision post op !
