I was struggling with unhealthy eating and lifestyle patterns and was having trouble sleeping while I consulted her. She patiently enquired about my current state and habits and where I wanted to improve. Through a basic diet plan combined with fundamental Ayurvedic treatment, I began to see results in two weeks.
