My name is prashanth kongala from khammam.i have been suffering from gastritis,heartburn problem for 8 years...i.e 2017.i went to so many hospitals but nothing worked for me..and wasted alot of money ..finally with my relative reference i visited SRI MIND CARE pavan doctor in vijayawada.to my surprise he listened my struggle and pain so patiently and within 1month my problem cured right from the 1st day itself..1month meds fee just 1600 and in second month 700 only .thankyou so much for given me again healthy life doctor...you are wonderful..i love his DOCTARISM...tq tq so much doctor for given me another LIFE... doctor guided me monthwise decreasing dosage..still 2months pending...im really happy doctor 😁....there is also courier facility for long distance patiences...TQ PAVAN DOCTOR.
