I have being taking weight loss diet program, since last two months and results are in my favor n it's working on me...I have lost about 6 kgs and that too with no major changes in my routine n lifestyle.

Thinking about diet n dietitian..the first thought comes in mind is that we have to keep starving for food n have to include boring food. But this is not the case with her. Her diet plan is very effective with all the normal day to day foods we consume but she guides how to consume n how much to consume..also she give variety of variations in healthy food options and considering our daily eating habits..best part of my diet is she includes what I like considering healthy combination n options. It was wonderful experience with Dr Swati Patel. I was diagnosed to be prediabetic . My HbA1c level was high. I was thinking to consult diabetologist and have set my mind to go for medication. After some discussion with my husband and Dr Swati Patel, I started my journey to go from prediabetic to non-diabetic level. She gave me a diet regime which I have to maintain every day, exercise, routine and nutritious recipes . I never felt starved. She taught how to eat right food at the right time with right attitude. By the regular follow-ups and consultation, I am now at non diabetic level . A big thank you to Dr Swati Patel for being such a good dietician and amazing experience.

My journey proves that these words are indeed true. With proper dietary guidance from Swati Ma'am along with daily cycling/walks, I've managed to lose 15kgs in 90days(till now) as I continue to be on my path for a healthier life. The diet didn't leave me starving, there aren't any major restrictions on food. It included everything from Idli-Sambhar to Rajma, just had to be consumed the right way and it works miraculously.

Note: My elder sister was keen that if I wish to slim down, I must do it the right way i.e after consulting a dietician, so grateful that she found the right one.
