My mom had an amazing treatment starting from July of this year till today. All of them were so helpful starting from the staff till the doctors. Dr. Ridhi, Dr.Isha, Dr. Samad and all other doctors who are always available to help us in all the given situation even at the 11th hour too. We are really grateful to everyone. The team is incomplete without the supporting staff. Tinal who co-ordinates all the appointment ensure that the work is completed in timely manner. Kudos to each and everyone of you.

It was my first time to visit a dental clinic and Orthosquare Vileparle happened to be best choice for me. I visited for my father’s treatment. Before starting the treatment all his teeth were not in a good state and he was only able to eat by grinding the food in mixer and making a paste and just swallowing. I was a little hesitant to start the treatment because of the cost but believe me it was worth the cost. Now that his treatment is done he is able to eat everything. We never thought he would be able to eat peanuts or Khakra again but now he can. I’m so grateful to the entire team of orthosquare specially dr Riddhi, dr Nimita and dr Jennifer for taking such good care of my father.

I was 20 years old when my canine fell off, it was a milk tooth and I thought I looked so funny and wanted the permanent one to grow back ASAP!

I visited many other dentists, who offered the regular metallic braces and at 20 I didn’t want wires in my mouth.

So I came across Orthosquare and approached Dr Riddhi who recommended clear aligners and also gave me the confidence that not only the tooth will grow back, but it will also align the rest of my teeth.

So several aligners and rubber bands later... I now have the fully grown tooth, aligned teeth and the smile I always always wanted! I’m so happy with the results, and would definitely recommend Dr Riddhi @ orthosquare and the whole team to everybody with dental problems. I recommend anyone who is looking for authentic and professional support with any dental concern to visit Orthosqare- Ville Parla. We all are skeptic about dentists but this place is the real deal. I feel blessed to have found them via a friend’s recommendation. I had a very complicated tooth extraction and root canal situation and arrived at the clinic with my face swollen like a pumpkin with high infection. They are patient and caring. They will not hurry into your treatment. They stand for customer’s experience and quality of work. Will explain everything, clarify doubts and are very very very good with their knowledge and experience. You can put your blind faith on Dr.Riddhi. I never felt any pain or discomfort and all my work was done with love, patience and immense care. Can’t be grateful enough to Dr. Riddhi, Dr.Isha (2 highly recommended doctors), Dr. Amaara and Dr. Samad. They are a young crowd but what a team! Lots and lots of love and best wishes.

Do NOT get misdirected by good reviews, I had a te experience with them. I booked an appointment from practo and arrived at the clinic to find it shut. I reached out to practo for help and was asked to wait for 10 mins while they reached out to the doctor/staff. They told practo that clinic was open!!! I had to take a pic of closed clinic and send to customer service. I was asked by practo to then call the clinic directly. When called, I was again asked to wait for 10 minutes while they again checked with the doctor (what did they do the first time around then?!) . Finally I got a callback only to be told that doctor had some "emergency" hence the clinic is closed. The staff asked if I can visit their clinic at a different location. This was extremely unprofessional behaviour and I am very disappointed and won't be visiting back.

One of the best aspect i like the most about the doctors over here is they keep the patients preferences and do the treatment according to the patients convenience. I had a very bad experience of Root Canal Earlier but after coming to Ortho Square and getting my treatment done over here makes my experience better and way too good. Completely Pain Less treatment. I highly recommend everyone to get their treatment get done in Ortho Square.

I got my session of cleaning and polishing done (so you'll be seeing me smiling more often now) and I also had a broken filling (ouch) that had to be fixed.
