The doctor was referred by one of the other doctors. The facilities in the hospital are bad. Right from the receptionist to the lab technician. They are just not customer friendly nor helpful. There is always a 1-2hour delay in appointments which is really disappointing . Repeated tests are recommended from hospital only to increase revenue
