I am beyond grateful to Dr. Irphan Shaikh (Orthopedic Surgeon) and Dr. Lukesh Patil (Plastic Surgeon) for their incredible care and expertise that saved my leg after a horrific accident in April 2024 on Palm Beach Road, Vashi.
The incident left me in shock – my leg was nearly severed, hanging by just a thin sliver of skin, with broken bones and shattered tendons; I thought I’d never be able to walk again. However, thanks to the swift response and exceptional care from the Doctors and the ER team at Kokilaben Dhirubhai Ambani Hospital including dedicated Nurses, Mawshi’s Ambulance staff, security, and the entire support team, I was in the best hands possible.
Both Dr. Shaikh and Dr. Patil treated me with such calmness, skill, and empathy during my multiple surgeries. Their unwavering support, encouragement, and commitment to my recovery exceeded all expectations. They didn’t just save my leg; they gave me a second chance at life.
I also owe so much to Dr. Ruptee Dhaul, my incredible physiotherapist, who went above and beyond in her care. Her tireless dedication, both physically and emotionally, made a tremendous difference in my recovery, and her motivation was a true source of strength for me.
