My mother was suffering from a severe uterine infection along with multiple polyps, one of which was seriously infected. Dr. Birbal Rai first performed a successful hysteroscopy polypectomy, and later, after carefully considering my mother’s age and health conditions like BP, sugar, and thyroid, she successfully carried out the uterus removal surgery.

What truly makes her special is the way she treats her patients with genuine care and compassion — just like family. She explained every procedure and process very clearly, making us feel comfortable and confident throughout the journey. Even after the surgery, she patiently showed and explained the images and videos of the procedure, guided us about the precautions to take, and ensured my mother received complete post-operative care.

The entire team did an outstanding job and supported us at every step. I visited for my mother's infection treatment. *** ****** *** **** *** prescribed medicine and it was helpful. There was not much waiting time to consult the doctor but they will not support the insurance facilities properly and the staff were not properly supportive and other than this everything was good. I would like to recommend this doctor to others and I would like to give a rating of 4.5/5.
