My 9-month-old daughter had a fever of 104 degrees, and when we called for urgent guidance, the assistant not only refused to connect us to the doctor but also failed to give clear instructions. We were shuffled around with promises of appointments that kept changing, all while my daughter's health was deteriorating.Despite rushing through heavy rain to the clinic, we were told upon arrival that the doctor had already left. The assistant reluctantly called the doctor back, who begrudgingly agreed to return after 9 pm. By then, my daughter's fever was worsening due to the cold environment, so we made the difficult decision to return home without seeing the doctor.What shocked us most was that even after this ordeal, the doctor never bothered to check in with us, not even a phone call. **** ***** ********** ***** ** * ************ ******** *** * ******* ********* *** ******* *****I am deeply disappointed and distressed by this experience *** ***** ******** ****** ******* ******** **** ****** ** ****** **** ******** *******

After speaking with the doctor half of my problems were gone and she not only prescribed what was to be done, she also gave me the confidence that my daughter will be recovered within a day or two.

Her smiling face and her confident gesture made my worries go away.

I have met doctors who are good in prescribing, but I've met very few with a good heart. And Dr.Pooja is surely one of them.

Dr. Pooja treats her patients with total empathy and makes the child very comfortable by giving a nice, human touch. Excellent work !! I went for the first time only because Tots and Teens was the only clinic open at that point in time, but now I have become a patron for a life time.
