Visited Dr. Diana Pinto (Physiotherapist) For Back Pain Physiotherapy

I have a disc bulge in L3,L4 & L5 for which I consulted a couple of physios earlier. Even after taking a few sessions from them didn't help resolve my pain and I had tp rest myself at home taking a break from my worklife. I had already heard of the famous Dr Diana and I decided to visit her. First session of consultation by Dr Rehana who is well equiped with the knowledge of a body gave me a deep insight on my problem area and its origin point. I doubt if any other physio assesses in this way and explains to you the damage happened already. The next step was their sessions which were really helpful in reducing my pain and me being able to get back to my worklife in just second session which was on third day. Dr Diana Pinto and her team are great with their respective work roles. I have undergone almost 5-6 sessions till now and yet follow ups to be attended to. One line Dr Diana said which etched in my mind was that " we don't focus on your pain, that you have to, we focus on the body mechanics and restore them so that this problem doesn't show up again". Well I have full faith in her and her treatment and will continue until my body mechanics are restored back. One thing I would like to draw their attention as a feedback is to have a proper space, seating in the waiting area. I'm sure they must be aware of the same but couldn't resist myself from mentioning it here.

I was diagnosed with gallbladder stones and used to experience severe pain, even requiring hospitalization once. Multiple doctors advised me to undergo surgery and remove the gallbladder, but I was not ready for that option.
About 8–10 months ago, I began nutrition consultancy with Diana ma’am, and for the past 2 months, I have also been undergoing visceral mobilisation. Together, these have brought tremendous improvements in my health:
- Digestion has improved, and constipation has completely resolved
- Overall inflammation has reduced
- Prostate measurement has become healthy (reduced from 25 gms to 16.5 gms)
- Itching in the body has disappeared
- Hair greying has reversed, with more than 50% of hair turning black again
- Gallbladder stone size has reduced
I initially consulted Diana ma’am for gallbladder stone treatment, but along with that, many of my other health parameters have also improved. I am truly grateful to Diana ma’am and her team for guiding me towards healing, and especially grateful to Utkarsha ma’am for her dedicated support.

Diana’s approach is absolutely scientific and straightforward. *** ******* ********* ******** *** ****** *********** ******. She clearly explains the medical reasoning behind each treatment, ensuring that patients fully understand why they’re undergoing it. Her focus is always on long-term recovery and preventing future issues.
In my personal case, I had an X-ray done, and the report was marked as “normal,” showing no apparent problems. However, Diana and her team took the time to walk me through the scan, and I was surprised to learn that my spine had twisted nearly 30% to the right—due to poor sitting habits. Had I relied only on the report, I would’ve done nothing about it, which could have eventually led to a slipped disc or something even more serious.
She also leads an outstanding team. Despite her busy schedule, she closely monitors every doctor working under her to ensure treatments are administered correctly. Diana never gives up on her patients. I personally know several running friends who were recommended for surgery but, thanks to her intervention, avoided it entirely and made full recoveries.
I’ve been visiting her for the past 15 years, and now I go annually for maintenance sessions to keep everything aligned and corrected. It’s something I highly recommend—proactive care is far better than waiting for a problem to turn into a crisis.

It's an excellent experience as their understanding and way of working culture is quite unique, can't explain in word's but it's worth's a million. Again hats off to all the staff members for putting an excellent effort that too with lots of care and friendly attitude. My treatment has just started and within 2 session I am feeling much better and confident. Being going through this back pain for almost a decade now, but now I have faith that I came to the right and trust worthy place, soon will get back to normal and more healthier too. Thanks to Dr. Pinto :)
