I had a talo tibial ligament injury and the pain was consistent, there was a drastic improvement after getting physiotherapy done from Dr. Urvi. She not only helps with the physiotherapy treatment but also makes us do strengthening and relaxation exercises and guides and advises for post physiotherapy care through exercises, general stretching and precautions. I personally experienced this.

I was suffering from a common phenomenon known as frozen shoulder, was getting quite painful and Rusty. There were very few known physios around Mulund, so heared abt fitzio. Had to attend 5 sessions of physiotherapy, but now am quite relieved. I got to know many things as well y this problems persist, which is quite rare. I was surgically treated for ganglion in my left thumb. I'd post surgical stiffness. I'd taken few physiotherapy sessions at fitzio for this. She gave mobilization for thumb. I've also been taught strengthening exercises for the same and have achieved good results. Would highly recommend.

I visited Dr Urvi for my persistent problem of neck n knee pain.I had taken physiotherapy at many places in the past but was not satisfied .Here after taking only 5 sessions I am fully satisfied, my neck pain is no more and knee pain is also releived to a great extent.
