From being apprehensive about visiting a dentist in thane since I’ve only just moved here, to being confident enough not only to getting my dental cleaning done but also opting for whitening and veneers back to back …. This itself speaks volumes for the professionalism and amazing attitude and holistic approach Dr. Arpita, Dr. Vinay and the entire team at Dr. Rai’s Dental Avenue have!

The office is clean, hygienic and they run on time. I’ve hardly sat in the waiting room for 10 minutes, and am always in and out seamlessly on schedule.

At my 1st appointment when I enquired about veneers (something I had been casually thinking about ) Dr. Vinay patiently talked me through the process, shared costs with me, but did not put any pressure on me to do this procedure, this I really appreciated ( never seen this in a dentist before… totally commendable ) Dr. Arpita “The SMILE Specialist” meticulously explained and listened tentatively to my concerns, and worked diligently, laser focused on giving me the smile that I had lost due to my love for hard candy ; )

I had a root canal treatment (RCT), along with a couple of tooth fillings, done at Dr. Rai’s Dental Avenue. The experience was very good and the processes were painless. Dr. Vinay Rai is a not only a true professional, but is also very patient and friendly. My tooth was taking time to respond to the local anesthetic, but Dr. Rai was extremely patient and assured me that he will not proceed unless I told him that I felt no sensitivity/pain in the tooth. This was not only very assuring and calming but was also critical in my continuing with any dental treatment. My earlier experience with another dentist was so bad that I had developed a morbid fear of dental procedures. In fact, because of this fear, I had delayed the treatment, which actually worsened the condition of the teeth. If you are like me, who because of an earlier bad experience or for whatever reason, has a morbid fear of dental procedures, let me tell you that RCT and teeth filling processes are practically painless and one should not delay these treatments. All you need is a fine dentist like Dr Vinay Rai. I strongly recommend Dr Vinay Rai.

I have been to a dentist three times before this and I can safely say that this is my best experience so far.

Vinay and Arpita will explain the whole treatment properly and give proper advise as to what would be better for you in the long run. I never felt something was being done unnecessarily which many doctors these days do.

The best part is how they manage appointments. The most irritating part at all the dentists I have visited before, for my own treatment or with a family member, is the waiting part because treatments can prolong , but the way these guys manage appointments is too good. I did not have to wait for more than 5 minutes even once during my two and half months’ treatment. They respect your time immensely.

More power to these young Doctors

It was 18th of September 2020, after suffering for more than 10 days of severe pain finally my son and husband found this clinic and we were lucky enough to get the appointment on the same evening.Suffering in that pain l could only remember the Doctor's smiling and comforting face assuring me that l was in safe hands. Though he had a packed schedule, he asked us to wait for some time and started the treatment same day because he knew the pain won't stop unless the needful was done ASAP. After the treatment the pain reduced by 90%, rest of it reduced later, and that night I could get some sleep, after so many sleepless nights.

In the next meeting I realized that it was a well maintained clinic with all the latest technology and with a very kind and caring staff.Be it a follow up call or any query to the Doctor regarding the treatment, I would say they are The best Dental care solution for any kind of Dental treatment, 10/10 indeed!
