He is also compassionate, he hears you out, understands your worries and calms you down and explains all the possible causes of distress, his diagnoses and the medication/ course of action. My entire family right from my younger sibling to grandmother has consulted him for treatment and he's guided us really well during the lockdown to get cataract surgery done (7 minute painless procedure). He explained all lens options to us and gave us the freedom to decide what's the best course of action by pointing out all the pros and cons, and also actively helped us with the insurance process and kept a check on the patient periodically. Dr Negalur was always available on call and whatsapp and him and his team guided us really well even during lockdown with preoperative formalities and tests, insurance formalities etc. The support staff, nurses and receptionists are very well behaved and friendly and professional, overall, we had a very smooth journey right from our first consultation to the recovery, with proper medical advice and medications.

I had come for acute pain in feet while walking. I just couldn't keep my foot down flat while walking. I had to walk on toes. The doctor advised me to do foot test. This is the first foot clinic I have ever seen. I was detected with acute neuropathy problem. The doctor has advised me to make insoles to resolve my problem. I am very happy with the correct diagnosis. The doctor is also friendly and always smiling. When you come to her with your medical problem, it is always resolved. I have a very good experience as I follow diet given by dietician I have loss 3kg and according to the Dr. treatment I have seen changes too. Overall things are good as I feel convient to come as in Thane G.B road this is the best center which had been opened up and really Dr. Vijay Negalur is the best doctor for both diabetes and thyroid. Even the staff's are also very cooperative with patients.

My mother is patient of madam for last 3 years. She was suffering from cellulitis Ann subsequent kidney problems due to medication prior to consultation with madam.
