I visited Dr. Kaushal Patel, to get his opinion regarding the breast cancer diagnosis. My mother is not willing to take the chemotherapy due to various myths regarding the treatment, but due to his claim, professional and mature behavior, he convinced my mother to take the treatment, and right now just under the five chemo cycles her recovery is much better. My father has multiple myeloma like cancer but the way of treatment of Dr. Kaushal Patel is extremely good. With the chemotherapy treatment, my father has not experienced side effects like hair fall, omitting or etc.

The way of talking of doctor with patient as well as with relatives of patient is very positive and very energetic for both. His way of explanation about disease is also superb.

Not only doctor but his whole team members are caring patient so honestly and politely. They also guided perfectly to patient or his relatives.

I went to Dr through one of my relatives reference as my mother got reoccurrence of ovarian cancer after 2 surgeries.Prev Doctor denied for any treatment saying that she doesn’t have much lifespan.But Dr Kaushal Patel introduced to us with Target therapy and after 6 sessions my mother reports were all normal and now we have planned to get her on medications.Thanks to you Dr.He is always available for tiny things be it clinically or via text and also for other sort of help n cooperation.Hats off to your effort.Wish the same cooperation for future treatments.His aim is to give quality of life which is seen in his efforts.Thanks a lot.And thanks to our family Dr who gave his reference.

My self Hasmukh Movaliya, My mother Lilaben Movaliya taking cancer treatment in your "Sunshine Global Hospitals" in surat. Today when we go for her treatment the management of the hospital was very bad and the system operated in hospital was not working properly.

We have to wait for very long time for our turn, Also when our turns come no any nurse was available for starting the treatment. We have to wait for at least an hour long for the nurse. No one giving proper answer. Is that how they treat the patients?

My mother was very tired and she didn't feel well because of such long waiting at every stage. Hospital must ensure the good treatment for every patients.

We have to spend our whole day to get the treatment done( Which normally takes 30-40 minutes) and than when we go for billing and discharge. They even not able to give us discharge billing summary.

We experienced very very bad quality service in your "Sunshine Global Hospitals".

I am very frustrated and not satisfied with this. Hope you will look after this and giving your patients good service.
