His expertise encompasses head and neck cancer cases, specifically in the niche area of lateral skull base tumors, laser-based and open voice conservation surgeries. He is a visiting consultant at Mayo Hospital, Lucknow and Max 7 Hospital, Bihar. He holds head and neck cancer fellowships from the globally renowned Prince Aly Khan hospital, Mumbai, and Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, New York, U.S.A. He also holds a lateral skull base fellowship from Gruppo Otologico, Italy, one of the best centers for lateral skull base surgeries in the world. He has the distinction of having trained under Dr. Sultan Pradhan, one of the foremost authorities in head and neck oncological surgeries and under Dr. Mario Sanna, who is the only holistic lateral skull base surgeon in the world.
