Doctor is okay but wait time and quality of treatment is not as per charged amount like test recommended by her though I have done it 2 months back and also ultrasound process need to have more quality. Patient always need more info though doctor is good and qualified but Process should be patient friendly. We know each patient will be different but doctor should be same for all. As per my experience in Pune and US , experience in Patna through this clinic is not above average. Just Doctor need to improve the process

I booked the doctor twice. The main problem was higher wait time. Even after booking for a slot both times, I was made to wait because doc was doing something inside her private cabin, with empty waiting area(There was no one inside or outside). The staff has been most unhelpul, rude and lost in her phone - specially the assistant/compounder. ** ***** *** ******* *** ****** ** ****** ***** ** *** ********** ******* *** ********* ***** *** ****** **** ***** ***** ** ********** **** *** ****** ****** ***** ******* ******** **** patients who are nervous already. The second visit today was more pathetic. Got a call from clinic to arrive 30 mins early. But eventually got to visit the doctor 26 mins after the initial scheduled slot. Had to wait for 56 mins for no understandable reason. What's the point of booking a slot??!! And worse, she wouldn't allow even husband inside cabin when she started diagnosis. Would never recommend this doctor to any of my near and dear ones!!

Its important to be reassuring to the patient, but the staff seems very unco ordinated and clueless about the patient history in every visit. The remarks from doctor was also contrast from first diagnosis, which left me weary than calm. I would suggest to show more patience so the patient is able to talk about her symptoms and given apt explanation. After all the patient is there to get better and clarify any doubts. In addition she is quite rude with her own staffs

She is very patient friendly doctor, she listen patient carefully and her words and way of dealing and addressing patient resolve 50% problem. Medicine prescribed by her are affordable for all and impactful. I really like her.

Too much waiting time even there is no patient. I visited three times but all the time waiting time was more than 3 hours.

Lack of hygiene and privacy. Had to wait for 2 days to get the USG report that too incomplete. No way to contact doctor after appointment.

Doc is very calm and friendly with patient...she listen our problems and understand our problems and then give very appropriate treatment regarding their problems....at last but not least I m really glad after meeting her .....I feel very positive vibe from her .......Extremely good 👍👍👍👍

DR. Does not even have respect for her or her patients time or knows how to handle things politely and talk to patients.

Doctor did not bother to see reports of other LAB & advise to perform the same in her campus. Doctor did not examine physically the patient.
