Dr Sanskriti, a Delhi based Counselling psychologist- Certified NLP practitioner with 6+ years of education in the field of Psychology from India and in the UK. As an affirmative counselling psychologist comfortable in working with individuals of all genders and 18-45 age groups, She strive to provide my clients with a non- judgemental therapeutic space where they come to explore themselves, and mindfully work to become their best selves and while being fully heard, validated, appreciated and later, assisted in taking the driving seat of their own life.Following a non- directive course of action in therapy, I wish to provide my expertise as a facilitator rather than an authoritative figure. My analytical approach is mainly based on Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) techniques. Additionally, my work in psychotherapy is inspired by the Humanistic principles of Person Centered Therapy, thus following an eclectic approach. Resonating with hypnotherapeutic and self work practices, I also aim to integrate bits of techniques of Interpersonal Therapy, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy in my interactions with clients.She come from a background of having completed a bachelors and a masters degree in Psychology from University of Delhi and University of Edinburgh (UK) respectively while working for 12+ months at various institutions and organizations in the field of mental health during and after completing my education to gain valuable hands-on training and experience under licensed and experienced clinical psychologists and psychiatrists. Currently She is running her private practice "KnowHow by Sanskriti" alongside working as a psychotherapist at World Brain Center Hospital undertaking clients to provide holistic mental health treatment to clinical patients, neurotic patients and patients with moderate-mild symptoms.
