I was going through lot of mental health issues since childhood I have tried few psychiatrist and psychologist and finally found mala maam extremely helpful.

Since years, after having dealing with overthinking and thought clouding, especially anxiety, those things have been resolved.. being associated with childhood trauma , issues due to father have been resolved. My perspective towards life have been changed regarding these things. And, main thing is to accept yourself and doing right things for self ,is what all that matters. I would genuinely recommend Dr.Mala mam's sessions to all those people who have faced such familial or childhood traumas because these issues reflect in your relationship with your partner, so, it's better to treat yourself under guidance to give yourself a new life.. m grateful to mam for helping me out at this tough phase of life..

Mala Ma'am really helped with all the issues that I was facing - she patiently listened and helped me out. With therapy, I understood a different opinion that I was oblivious to. I was only concerned about somebody else’s opinion about me but not my opinion about myself. I gained confidence and developed a sense of judgement of right & wrong. I think twice before undertaking any action that doesn’t benefit me. This has stopped me from making a lot of mistakes.
