Ms. Komal Monga

Komal Monga ma’am was my counsellor during a really dark and depressing phase of my life, and I can honestly say she is exceptional and outstandingly experienced. In just 4–5 REBT therapy sessions, I actually started feeling better, that’s how effective she is. During that time, she truly became the light that guided my path.

The best thing about her is the way she treats and talks to her patients. She doesn’t keep it stiff or clinical. I initially assumed she’d be very serious and grumpy like my previous psychologists, but she turned out to be the complete opposite.

Another thing I loved was that throughout the sessions she’d address me as “beta” (son), and I think that’s really sweet. It made the whole process feel safe and personal.

She is truly a wonderful psychologist and an expert REBT therapist. I highly recommend her to anyone going through depression or any other issues. She treats her patients like a friend, not just as a professional, and that makes all the difference.

Also she apparently by mistake charged me for 3 hours instead of 2.5 hours, although she returned it later.

My only advice to everyone is: it’s better to visit a psychiatrist than to go to such a psychologist.
