Hoped for better: Treatment satisfaction
This review reflects my family’s personal experience of my mother’s treatment under Dr Vikas Jindal at CK Birla Hospital.
My mother was evaluated for liver cirrhosis and was advised multiple investigations: FibroScan, coloured contrast CT scan, endoscopy, and colonoscopy. The FibroScan confirmed advanced-stage cirrhosis. Even though CK Birla has CT facilities, we were directed to get the coloured contrast CT from Saral Pathlabs.

After the CT scan, my mother’s condition changed sharply. Her weight increased by 3 kg after the CT, which alarmed us. We raised concerns and resisted further procedures. ******* *** *** ********* ** ***** **** ** ***** *** ******* *** *********** *** ******* ** ****** *** ******* **** ****** *** ******* **********

The doctor explained everything clearly and I would recommend Dr. Vikas Jindal to others. The only issue was the wait time at the clinic, which could be improved.
Dr. Vikas Jindal listened carefully and gave us adequate time. He explained my condition very well and prescribed medication that provided instant relief. The clinic environment was patient-friendly, and the staff was well behaved. I am completely satisfied and would recommend him to others.
The doctor was pleasant *** ************** with polite and supportive behavior. I had a good experience during the consultation.
I went to see the doctor fro my chronic constipation. Below are my experiences:
The doctor was very friendly and put me at ease. He listened to my problems patiently and saw the reports. He asked a lot of questions and really tried to see the overall picture.
Finally from my reports he diagnosed my thyroid condition as the cause. This had been missed by our internal medicine doctor and he was quite surprised.
Post recommending the dose he asked me to make certain lifestyle changes and here too he took pains in explaining why he was suggesting them.
He also asked us to do some basic tests to rule out tumor in the intestines.
My impression was that the doctor was warm, friendly and very knowledgeable. He eased my concern and I already feel a bit better post the visit and the dose adjustment in my thyroid medicine.
Doctors like Vikas Jindal are quite rare. He is highly qualified and skilled (not from donation colleges).
Overall it was a good experience and I share it here because I really felt good experiences with sincere doctors need to be shared with other patients.
Dr. Vikas Jindal is very calm and listens carefully to all problems and symptoms before treating. The clinic's hygiene and environment are very good.
