My wife had chronic cough for two months then diagnosed with TB as lump in neck showed up. She completed 8 months course.

After that too cough persisted and local doctors did their best but no relief. We went to Sandeep Garg at Max, Shalimar Bagh, Delhi. We returned at 4 p.m. Low and behold what she felt within 6 to 12 hours was complete relief. And within 5 days started walking, talking and doing house chores as usual. Checkup done in less than 5 minute. I expected doctor to explain me why I am having breathing difficulty and acute chest pain, instead he just wrote down the tests and medicine and told me to come again post tests. Another consultation will peg me back by 800 bucks.

The tests couldn't happen that day and next day is a holiday in max hospital. Both the doctor as well as hospital experience is underwhelming and it's better to consult good private clinics.
