The doctor provided the prescribed drops but did not explain things very clearly. Overall, my experience was just fine, and I would rate it three out of five.
The doctor explained everything clearly during the consultation. The wait time was quite long at two and a half hours, which seems to be usual at the clinic. Since I just had the consultation, I am reserving judgment on recommending the doctor until after the treatment results.
My experience with Dr. Meenakshi Bali and the clinic was very poor. I was strongly dissatisfied with everything and would not recommend the doctor to others.
