Dr. Atul Prasad

My experience with the doctor was good and the explanation was clear. I rated the experience 4.5 out of 5 and I would recommend this doctor to others. The only issue was the advance payment policy, which I was not satisfied with, but overall the visit was good.

Dr. Atul Prasad was very polite and patient-friendly. I found his advice appreciable and overall had a good experience.

Dr. Atul Prasad is a very senior, polite, and humble doctor who takes time to listen to his patients. My daughter has been under his care since April 2026 and was treated for dimmed vision requiring hospitalization.

** **** ****** ** ** ********* ****** **** great expertise in the domain of Neurology. I had recently received a treatment from him for the fatal disease GBS (Gullian Barre Syndrome). He is a very understanding, soft-spoken and empathetic doctor.

However, his administration staff coordinator Miss Ankita is making the mockery of the entire hospital administration. The experience with her is extremely awful and pathetic... Provides the appointment slot for the doctor (for the first follow-up post discharge from hospital) 3 days ago for 1:45 pm and on the date of appointment says no slot is there... Moreover, keeps arguing and refuses to accept her negligence... ******* **** ****** *** **** ******** ******** Please keep the responsible staff for so senior and humble doctor as such unprofessional and insensitive staff is degrading the name of such reputed organization and doctor.

So even though this doctor must be very good but we have to deal with such highly sick staff in order to consult the doctor... Pathetic experience completely... Never consult this hospital!!

Dr Atul Prasad is a wonderful doctor and a great human being. He personally understands me and goes through all the details very closely. I had brain surgery under his team, and this was a follow-up visit.

I am very thankful to all of them for their kind support. Dr Atul Prasad is such a kind person I have ever seen in my life. I was so worried and shattered about my daughter's illness but the way he explained me everything is jz commendable. What to say, I am short of words. All I can say is May God bless him with all the happiness and success in the world.

The doctor was really good but the support staff equally bad. Moreover, online appointment turned out to be meaningless. They do not honour it. I had to wait one and a half hours despite having an appointment. Will never oot for online appointment.
