He was awarded a Gold Medal in Conservative Dentistry during the B.D.S Dr. Anil Kochar has successfully done the Post Graduate Diploma in Advanced Dental Implant Surgery under CIIOMFI France. He has given several articles in the newspaper for the awareness of common man regarding dental care and treatment. He is Immediate Past President, Indian Dental Association Delhi (West).
