We got to know abt this clinic from Practo. We visited here for jaw surgery. Before meeting Dr. Kapil, we were very much scared with the pros and cons of surgery, but soon after the meeting itself my 50% scareness was over and after surgery I was very much confident that we are in the right hands. Dr kapil explained each and every query very politely with our 100% satisfaction. Would also like to mention that he gives the best possible advice for his patients without thinking monetarily.

While the doctor is polite and knows his job well there, the front desk functionaries need to be sentisized about value of time of patient. They make the patient wait unnecessary long time before they start interacting with them. For example if the given appointment time is 3 pm they start interacting only after 30 to 40 minutes. At least the patient can be told the possible delays such as that the doctor is busy or is attending to some emergency patient. The professionalism is needed at front desk.

Though the waiting time was too much but doctor shiksha explained about teeth problem clearly and advised us for further requirements and details, she was very helpful and cooperative.she has been very careful about corona safety and sanitation of hospital reception as specific.overall experience was best.
