I had an ongoing shoulder front and back pain for over 4+ months. I tried other physiotherapist on suggestions of the doctor but it didn’t help. I got reference of bounce back from one of the friend. Within a week of visiting the clinic I started feeling the difference in the pain. They have a unique way of handling the pain by reaching for the root cause of the issue and not the standard way of using different machines . The overall treatment and understanding the root cause of the problem was the most helpful thing. Dr Bhatnagar and Dr Vishakha helped me in understanding the issue and the treatment. Since I've been playing football for too long to count, things are creaking and pinging more than they should, but owing to Vishakha's expertise, professionalism, and patience, I'm back in action for another season.

Dr Vishakha is very polite and concerned during the therapy to ensure that the treatment is not too painful for the patient at the same time it is also effective. Clear communication on the movements to be made for each exercise and gives feedback on how well the movement was during the exercise.

Vishakha took time to check and explain where my pain is coming from and what was needed to overcome it and get back to daily routine and also exercises without worrying about the pain. I was given therapy at the clinic and also a set of exercises. In the follow up check the pain had reduced a lot with pain in only in one area. After checking again, therapy and much stricter exercises to strengthen the pain has not come back. I feel much more comfortable and confident on my right leg. Thanks a lot Vishakha!
