I was suffering from acute pain from the month of Oct 2019 till Dec 2019 had already been to my family doctor, also an orthopedic and two physiotherapist however all in vain....untill one day my close friend and my brother in-law both suggested the bounce back clinic. I was told by my close friend that he was flying to UK in a day and needed immediate pain relief he informed me how he had been there and one perticular DR.Richa had performed certain procedures on him and he was ready to fly next day. I was quite skeptical at first though I called the number given by my friend and the receptionist (she is also an asset for bounce) immediately assisted me and helped me further by booking an appointment with the Doctor of my choice...Dr. Richa . Reluctant and irritated I reached the clinic at Seawoods the Dr. was bussy with a client I was sure this also will be a failed attempt. I was kept waiting for about 5 minutes and then Dr. Richa emerges from the treatment area and after seeing her I was more skeptical as instead of an old doc with a stethoscope and white coat I see this young girl in Jeans n T...I told myself there goes my money again.... however the moment she started speaking all my worries just disappeared.I completed my first session and immediately got 40% relif however i thought it will relapse again so didn't give a review then subsequently I stopped all pain killer ,(which I used have many) also stopped wearing the collar within just 6 sessions I back on my feet n have resumed work. It's not any magic in the Doctors hand however it's pure knowledge, dedication and luv for what she dose keeps her n her clients rocking. I give five-star rating to Dr. Richa Nikham

I had a fallout:) with my neck resulting in trauma during the pandemic. Entrusted thru Dr.Megha, met Dr. Richa- a breath of fresh air !She was there in a PPE; Bounceback team ensuring due diligence, gave relief, put me on a dynamic PT program including working on strengthening my lower limbs.Patient and well mannered she puts you at ease while handling follow-ups professionally.  Rallying with her the range of motion in my neck has greatly improved; rediscovered ‘new’ muscles eagerly looking to resume hill running.Richa is a true healer - I welcome you to put yourself in her hands and start a journey towards your recovery and a more active lifestyle

I was suffering from sciatica.

My self (Chandu D. Bhagat. age 67 years) . My right leg was to much paining. And my self doesn't know about sciatica. My neighbour Mr. Anil Menon recommended told me about Dr. Richa Nikam. And also told me about his good experience.

Only six sessions (seating) attend by me.

Now I am quite well. Ofcourse exercises

must be upto minimum 21 days, which is be recommended by doctor.

Dr. Richa is a good listener and asks you relevant questions which will help her understand the problem better. Once she knows the issue, she will explain the cause and will ensure it is healed. She not only treats her patients but connects with them too with her conversations. A key skill, that sets her apart.

Dr Richa has always been my go to person.

I have taken so far 13 sessions I reckon, whenever I have issues with my neck or shoulder I go to her and within couple of sessions my pain is gone. She has the understanding of structure dysfunction and how to release the muscles to free the structure from that dysfunction.

Being a Physiotherapist it’s nice to go to another physio for treatment, in the treatment room I am her patient so we always have such healthy discussion on the source of the pain and the structure dysfunction.

She is *************, polite, patient and very ground to earth, she’s doing a wonderful job.

Dr. Richa takes time and understands the issue, she answers ANY doubts ive had about my injury. Never had a single appointment done in a hurry unlike many different doctors ive visited. I have been following her instructions, doing all the exercises (sometimes skipping some too) and can see the results clearly. She seems to actually care about her patient's wellbeing.

My injury is grade 2 ankle ligament. Some doctors diagnosed me with tendon damage, and others asked me to take their ultrasound therapy. After all the efforts failed I came across her clinic and booked an appointment. If only i had gone to her back in December, Id be playing football regularly now.
