I went to heritage health along with my 5 year daughter to show her ear pain. At first,Doctor seems to be in send off mood. ******* ******** *** *** he just told me that she is having wax problem and it need to be cleaned and write the medicine called soli wax for 5 min. He seems to be in no mood to listen to me and explain the actual issues. Was having frequent cold randomly. Doctor diagnosed it and explained possible reasons behind the allergic cold. He prescribed medication for a month.
