I went to heritage health along with my 5 year daughter to show her ear pain. At first,Doctor seems to be in send off mood. ******* ******** *** *** he just told me that she is having wax problem and it need to be cleaned and write the medicine called soli wax for 5 min. He seems to be in no mood to listen to me and explain the actual issues.
