She provides an easy-to-follow diet plan, incorporating all your dietary restrictions, and explains how and why the diet plan will work for your specific needs. I also really appreciated how she always followed up with me on the progress of my weight loss, and was always available to answer any questions I had. Her diet plan is also very sustainable in the long term, unlike other diets you read/hear about online.
