Anxiety is real. And it creeps up on you slowly, so slow that you barely realize that you are deep in its clutches.

I was not well for few weeks, first was down with fever and then was being treated for Vitamin deficiencies. I also had started experiencing sweating, increased heart beat and had gone to multiple doctors but the situation was not improving. Then i planned to consult therapist Dr.Nahid and after first few appointments which included counselling, she understood the root cause of the symptoms and suggested me a medicine. I was apprehensive about taking the medicine but she assured me that it's non addictive and i will be well very soon. I took the treatment, started practicing yoga and meditation as per her recommendations and things were back to normal very soon. I will suggest to everyone who is experiencing stress, anxiety or any other psychological disorder to visit Dr. Nahid once. She is very empathetic, friendly and passionate about her work. Also, to anyone reading this - It's okay to be not okay. Let's just put an end to this stigma about psychological disorders and step out or help others to do so and get over it.

I want to appreciate myself to take decision to consult my problem with a specialist like Nahid. By god’s grace I got the right support system on right time to recover quickly.

When we were searching for the best psychiatrist. Our criteria was the higher qualification and the total years of experience. We shortlisted Dr. Nahid Dave as we found she is the highly qualified and also Gold Medalist. As her total experience was not that much so we were not very confident. But, After meeting we found her very pleasant and warm person. We were nervous. But, Dr Nahid Dave made us very comfortable with her warm and friendly nature. I was still doubtful about her perfection. But, the way Dr Nahid Dave listened and understood our problems, analysed the root causes, explained whole things and assured the treatment, all my doubts were vanished. Each time, we met Dr Nahid Dave, our condition was improved. No doubt, medicines must have played the role; but, we also felt positive improvement immediately after we met Dr Nahid Dave because of her positive vibes. Within few months we experienced ourself so normal that we realised it was really a psychiatric condition which we were suffering from last few years. Dr Nahid Dave slowly tapered our doses and soon stopped all medicines. Initially, we had many questions, doubts, and worries about our problems. But, it was really good decision that we thought to meet her. We found Dr Nahid Dave is very knowledgeable, expert in understanding and curing the psychiatric problems. We also found Dr. Nahid Dave is very kind and down to earth in nature, also, very pleasant and friendly person. We are very very grateful to Dr Nahid Dave because of her, now we are very happy and have no problems.
