Improve in the sense we waited for so long receptionist people didn’t know the timings and said to wait for us for 1hour. The receptionist people need to know which companies are in the panel **** ****** **** ********** it was a bad waiting time. The came, visited and left to another hospital or what I don't know. The patient was in pain and I feel that there is no coordination between the staff, doctor in the hospital.
I had taken appointment for urology concern and visited the hospital. Doctor was ****** **** **** *** polite with me and I had a surgery with him, after that he had prescribed for some medicines to take for 3 days which I had continued after that I am totally fine. With his treatment I am over all 98% satisfied and there was no wait time for me in hospital.
