I was suffering from back pain from 11 month. I went to Reliva physiotherapy Nerul and met the doctor and described my condition before the doctor . She suggested me for the 10 days physiotherapy course . I had completed 10 days course of physiotherapy and feeling well after the course . The behaviour of doctor is very good. She suggested me proper way of posture that how can avoid from back pain.

Dr swathi and team are well informed and treated my shoulder issue very well. Thanks to them that I have recovered from a issue that I had been facing for a long time. The way the root cause of issues were explained and treatment done was very appreciable.

Dr Swati explained the problem, the muscles involved, the slow but sure procedure of rehabilitation of back spasm.. Very punctual, value for time and money involved,. I am suffering from Arthritis for last 21 years.My both knees are worn out and at the verge of knee replacement.I am witnessing considerable improvement after going through treatment for 10 days.Dr Swati is excellent not only in treatment but also in behaviour.

Careful listener, who understand your ailment and body conditions first, then whoud examin you. Then doctor will give you exercises and will ask you to repeatand will pay attention for its correctness.

I think this is perfect way to deal with patients, which I didn't find in my 15 + year of physiotherapy treatment, I too.

It may be slow in progress, but It will benefit.

Dr Jyoti has taken effort to understand my problem of slowness of movements and addressed it in a manner that brought confidence in me that I can be treated. She had taken pains to guide me systematically, explaining the purpose of each exercise and how it can benefit my condition. Always punctual, she adhered to the appointment time given. Dedicated and truly professional, she understood the nuances related to my problem and has been providing correct guidance. I have so far attended ten sessions and could feel the improvement in my physical condition.

I was going through a lot of pain in my lower back which also extended into my right leg ..Dr Swati helped me to understand the changes occurred in my Lumbar region due to my long hours of sitting job ...in 5 days she said i should feel the change and from second day itself i began to feel better ..i am following the exercises she had made me do at the clinic and getting better day by day....I would surely recommend this place to anyone who are looking for similar treatment.
