It is both doctor’s and practo’s responsibility to update the correct address and details. My wife was unwell, got the booking confirmed with Dr Rupanjana and after reaching there, I got to know that she doesnt practice here in the morning hours. Who is suppose to inform the patients about it and why is it updated on practo then? This is really not good to let patients suffer like this. Poor experience.
