Dr. Richa Nikam (Physiotherapist)

I was suffering from acute pain from the month of Oct 2019 till Dec 2019 had already been to my family doctor, also an orthopedic and two physiotherapist however all in vain....untill one day my close friend and my brother in-law both suggested the bounce back clinic. I was told by my close friend that he was flying to UK in a day and needed immediate pain relief he informed me how he had been there and one perticular DR.Richa had performed certain procedures on him and he was ready to fly next day. I was quite skeptical at first though I called the number given by my friend and the receptionist (she is also an asset for bounce) immediately assisted me and helped me further by booking an appointment with the Doctor of my choice...Dr. Richa . Reluctant and irritated I reached the clinic at Seawoods the Dr. was bussy with a client I was sure this also will be a failed attempt. I was kept waiting for about 5 minutes and then Dr. Richa emerges from the treatment area and after seeing her I was more skeptical as instead of an old doc with a stethoscope and white coat I see this young girl in Jeans n T...I told myself there goes my money again.... however the moment she started speaking all my worries just disappeared.I completed my first session and immediately got 40% relif however i thought it will relapse again so didn't give a review then subsequently I stopped all pain killer ,(which I used have many) also stopped wearing the collar within just 6 sessions I back on my feet n have resumed work. It's not any magic in the Doctors hand however it's pure knowledge, dedication and luv for what she dose keeps her n her clients rocking. I give five-star rating to Dr. Richa Nikham

I had a fallout:) with my neck resulting in trauma during the pandemic. Entrusted thru Dr.Megha, met Dr. Richa- a breath of fresh air !She was there in a PPE; Bounceback team ensuring due diligence, gave relief, put me on a dynamic PT program including working on strengthening my lower limbs.Patient and well mannered she puts you at ease while handling follow-ups professionally.  Rallying with her the range of motion in my neck has greatly improved; rediscovered ‘new’ muscles eagerly looking to resume hill running.Richa is a true healer - I welcome you to put yourself in her hands and start a journey towards your recovery and a more active lifestyle
