Dr Rashmi has been our family doctor for decades and we feel blessed. She has been an advisor, guide and someone to fall back upon for any ailment, wellness, distress or emergency.

Before undertaking any high adrenaline tasks i.e. Summit of Mt Everest, SCUBA diving, Marine Commando course, Kailash Mansarovar Yatra .... she has been instrumental in undertaking pre-checkups, readiness for any eventually, and post task treatment . Dr Rashmi goes out of her way to explain, treat and give emotional support especially for my mother , who is a senior citizen.

I consulted Dr. Rashmi Agarwal for my 85 Year-old mother, who prefers not to visit hospitals or clinics. The doctor was kind enough to do a home consultation when my mother was experiencing high BP and swelling in her foot.Dr. Rashmi carefully reviewed her condition, adjusted her medications, and actually reduced the quantity of medicines, which has helped us save significantly on monthly costs. She guided us to monitor BP three times a day and stayed in touch by asking for regular updates.During the follow-up period, she made timely adjustments by adding one more medicine when BP fluctuations were noticed. Dr Rashmi has been my family doctor since 2019. She takes detailed investigation , is patient in listening to the individual's concerns and prescribes effective medication.

Although I stay in Belapur , I don't mind travelling the distance to visit the Nerul clinic. She is empathetic and does regular follow-ups especially with the yearly immunization vaccines.

I visited Dr Rashmi Agrawal on an impulse when I suspected a lump in my breast, as a routine checkup. Her approach was extremely professional, kind and swift, and she networked with the right medical specialists, well in time for further checkups and tests. I could go ahead with my treatment on schedule. While at the clinic, I observed patients talking about waiting time. Well, one must respect the fact that Dr Rashmi Agrawal attends to patients with varying issues, and from different age groups. Some patients also require counseling which she so kindly provides, so time taken with each patient would obviously be longer. This should not be a deterrence. I would recommend her, eyes-closed and sincerely wish I had visited her earlier. Dr Rashmi Agrawal is the kind of doctor you would want to be on your side for your medical treatment.

We had an emergency at home, on 23 Aug 2019, my wife developed very severe drug reaction to a medicine she consumed. She had taken the medicine in the past and had no problems. Within 30 minutes she complained of severe itching, rashes developed all over her body. I called Dr Rashmi and explained the situation. Doctor asked us me to give her Avil/ Citizine. I did the same, however since the reaction was severe the patient started to have swelling of her face , lips and fingers. The body was red and itchy. The patient complained of breathlessness and I also observed her finger tips turning blue and her tongue too. I called Dr Rashmi, she was outside on some personal work, she immediately asked me to bring my wife to her clinic a 10 minute drive away from home. By the time I reached she was there at her clinic and was ready to treat her.

She administered the required antidotes in form of injections and also through IV. What was most comforting was her reassurance to the patient , who was in a state of panic and the family. Dr Rashmi was very composed, she new exactly the line of treatment to be administered and was very methodical in her approach. We were at the clinic for more than an hour and half and she monitored her very closely during that time. Once Dr Rashmi was satisfied about the progress she asked us to go home and call her up if there is anything abnormal. Luckily for us ( the treatment administered) things had fallen in place and my wife the patient had recovered.

The incident happened at around 4 pm. Dr Rashmi called me around 9 pm to check how the patient was doing. I really appreciate Dr Rashmi concern to check back.

I would like to salute Dr Rashmi, for her prompt treatment, putting patient before self, thereby rushing to the clinic and, the treatment administered in a calm and composed manner. More so the reassurance to the patient and the family that everything is under control and the patient would be fine was a great relief to all of us.

Her prescription on the letter head mentions three words viz , Commitment, Compassion and Cure , which she truly demonstrated.

I would like to recommend her to all my friends and acquaintances. And in turn their friends and acquaintances too , so as to spread the word around about this great Doctor. We are lucky to have truly found a wonderful doctor in Dr Rashmi. I wish her all the good luck in her practice.

I have been visiting Dr Rashmi for treatment of any ailment(minor or major) for over 3 years.

I found her very patient with the patients. She listens to all symptoms /observations without rushing the patient or putting time limit on them and tries to get root of problem. She has a very calm demeanour and that helps with the negativity that arises due to any health problem . She is very straight forward with the diagnosis and would always present a very clear picture. ***** *** *** ********** *** *********** ******** ** ****I remember her treating me twice for Covid with minimum of medicines/antibiotics, at the time when doctors were prescribing many heavy anti biotics. What made me admire and respect her is her unwavering dedication towards patients(unlike many doctors), she is always available to help and I would call her anytime and she will give a solution.

Recently, my father was suffering with high fever and was asked to get admitted.
