Appreciated the appointments provided in last hour and happy with the treatment given however there seems to be room for improvement on billing as the patients who are eligible for reimbursement from Mediclaim policies will be more cautious to have it clearly provided as per norms in market for approval and staff can be trained to prepare exactly what approvers of the policy, will be looking for on the paper to get the amount approved.
