I had a quite good experience with Dr Kalpana Gupta. She is crystal clear in her diagnosis and explanation to patient. She suggested surgery for my complaint which was successfully done in the hospital. After surgery treatment was also satisfactory .

My overall experience with Dr. Kalpana Gupta was good. The doctor was clear that the diagnosis would be confirmed after the tests, and I felt the consultation was satisfactory. The only issue was the waiting time, which was a bit long. I would recommend her to others.
The doctor was good and I would recommend her. However, the clinic experience was very disappointing as the doctor was late by over an hour and I was initially asked to consult with an assistant despite paying for the doctor. The consultation felt rushed and the waiting time was frustrating.

My experience with Dr. Kalpana Gupta was nice. She explained everything very well during the consultation. However, the waiting time at the clinic was quite long, about one and a half hours.
