My son was having severe cough and was taking medicine. However there was no signs of subsiding, hence thru Practo took an appointment with Dr. Archana. Except for the delay in keeping up with the appointment doctor went in-depth to the issues and asked questions related to his problems. She had a check of his ear, nose & throat and prescribed medicines for him. In three days his coughing has reduced drastically. We have to visit her again after 5 days to have another check up and hopefully by that time he should be fully recovered.

excellent. I explained her about my shore throat which I was suffering from last 10-12 days.

She listen me carefully and checked properly. Suggested some medicines. I was reluctant to take antibiotics as already taken couple of times. In-fact, she told to take antibiotics only the medicine prescribed does not solve the problem. I started felling better from next day after taking medicine twice.

She said we need to facial CT if it continues for further treatment. I had taken an appointment through practo and I was there at the exact time .. however after a waiting time of 40mins we were told that doctor is not answering the call and not sure if she would turn up to the clinic....I wish we were informed about it ...it would have saved a lot of time and pain .

Doctor Archana is excellent....and the clinic is maintained by the staff very very professionally...

In the above question practo asked for scope for improvement...but trust is non, everything is perfect... waiting time is very short....i had to choose an option hence i chose it...

My first appointment with Dr. Archana was today. I walked in today, with an appointment, after my medical issue continued to get worse.
