Dr. Anuja Thomas

Dr. Anuja Thomas, MBBS, DGO, DNB,MRCOG(UK) is a Consultant Obstetrician & Gynaecologist who has more than 15 years of experience. She is known for her good clinical acumen, excellent communication with patients, and shared decision-making practice.     She did her graduation from Govt. T.D. Medical College, Alappuzha, Kerala in 2002. She completed her Post Graduate Diploma from Govt Medical College, Thiruvananthapuram (Sri Avittam Tirunal Hospital – a 750 bedded Women and Children Hospital with an annual delivery rate of 12000 and around 500 MTPs a year), Kerala, and DNB (National Board of Examinations) in Mumbai. She extended her further training in the field of infertility and assisted reproduction in a renowned fertility center in Mumbai. In subsequent years, as a Faculty, she could manage high-risk obstetric cases and operate complex gynecological surgeries in a Medical College. There she sharpened her skills further in Gynaecological Cancer Surgery as well. Her vast experience included teaming up with Critical Care Medicine experts to deliver superior clinical outcomes even in complicated and high-risk pregnancies, in Apollo Hospitals, Navi Mumbai. With her team of experts in Minimal Invasive Surgery (Laparoscopy & Robotic Surgery) and Oncosurgery, she is able to bring the best and safest results in gynecologic surgeries as well.   Dr Thomas has received the prestigious MRCOG, an internationally recognized qualification awarded by the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists, London, UK. She has authored multiple case reports and articles in academic journals and is also a member of the Navi Mumbai Obstetric & Gynaecological Society (NMOGS) and the Association of Medical Consultants.
