Doctor listened patiently about the illness and gave a detailed response on diet plan for treatment of diabetes.He took ample time to listen to all the details from me and asked about the condition going uptil the finer details.He made sure I was comfortable and had sent all the details to me in writing after the video call.He changed the medicines on finding the current medicines were not working well.I was satisfied with the doctor as treatment started yielding results from the second day itself.Thanks Dr Ajay Kukreja

Dr. Kukreja is a man of few words, but his diagnosis and treatment hits the bullseye. I had peculiar issue with injections in my stomach, he changed it to oral pill in seconds as I notified him. I think I owe a lot to Dr.Kukreja as he has successfully treated myself, my brother-in-law, my m-i-l, s-i-l for Covid and that too in record time. I wish Dr.Kukreja every Best in his life and I feel assured that I now know a doctor whom I can turn to in case of crisis as well during times of well being with complete faith and confifence. I took my wife there for treatment of fever and joint pain. Good discussion with the Doctor on 08th Nov'16 and he prescribed one medicine for joint pain. Doctor recommended for comprehensive blood tests. The nursing/ supporting staff took the blood sample and we were waiting for the call today (09th Nov) with report to have further treatment as promised.

I followed up with the nursing staff many a times. Yet I wanted her to help my wife with Doctor 's advice even if the blood reports were pending. Because my wife was complaining for some swelling , joint pain and fever . We wanted the nursing staff to talk to Doctor or she could call us. By the time I am writing his feedback she is not picking us up the phone.

Firstly, the doctor was almost 1 hr late. this is a regular occurrence there. the last time I went there I faced a similar problem and I left without meeting the doctor.

Secondly, the place is very dirty to be called a clinic. The place where they took blood sample was very dusty and there were so many things lying there like news papers books, bags that it looked like a dumping ground. The nurse who took the blood sample was also very clumsy and absolutely careless. she was not wearing gloves and she kept the cotton and open syringe on the dusty table. She was even on phone when she came to take the sample. I stopped and asked her to finish the call first.

Finally, I went there on a Saturday eve and the doctor asked to do a dengue test. So I asked if they can give the report on Sunday, at that time they said yes. Later on Sunday their phone was not reachable and the clinic was closed.

Dr. Kukreja was very patient in examining me and he also nicely described me how I may have contracted the disease and also explained to me what all symtoms and effects I can further expect and how to cope with it. Overall, it was nice to have visited him.

I was referred to Kukreja Polyclinic by a friend and from my first visit to following many other visits I am always impressed and satisfied with the holistic and client centred approach of treatment.

Dr listens very carefully to everything I have to say and he is a patient friendly professional who generally doesn't refer for unnecessary diagnoses like XRay, Scan and blood test unless required.

We visited twice for mother "headache" and father "stomach" issue. They are well now. Dr. Kukreja give quality time to understand patients problem. Now I prefer to visit Dr. Kukreja if I get any health issue. Better understanding and better solution. Thanks sir.

It was great experience of interaction with Doctor Ajay. He inquired about my problem in detail and explained me which medicines to take and why. His calm advice gave me full satisfaction and I feel that my health is already improving. He is not at all money minded.
