I chose Dr. Shivam based on the reviews, but my experience was very disappointing. He was extremely unresponsive—often taking days to reply, if at all. After he suggested a direct consultation, I made the 7000 payment immediately, expecting the promised 28-day guided course. However, none of that guidance materialized. I only received a basic prescription, and whenever I had questions, I had to repeatedly follow up. Even then, the responses were unhelpful often taking days with multiple follow ups. Eventually, I consulted another specialist who addressed my concerns promptly and resolved the issue.
