It was quite a fruitful consultation with Dr Jay despite the fact that we reside in Gurugram, Haryana. Dr Jay understood and explained the problem as if we were physically present in front of each other. He also was able to give a great sense of reassurance to my aged mother who was overthinking about her eye problem. She is feeling a great sense of calm after having spoken to him.
