Started with Panchkarma (Bhasti) and some medicines. Initial had severe acidity and gas problem along with mild GERD. Initial results were slow but with consistency in medicines and diet over the last 2-3 month's the results are good. Feeling much better with much less irritation in eusophagus. Gas still there but manageable. Medicines to continue for another 2-4 months.
