I had a complaint of chronic allergic rhinitis and sinusitis. Doctor consulted very well, advised diet and life style,Then started medicines.I did panchkarma karma- ' vaman' as well after then, there is no complain of cough, cold,sneezing and all.I'm cured now. I had taken 6 months treatment, now also taking medicines when needed.
