I came in to therapy as a broken person who had almost left hope for a normal life but 3 months later I'm leaving as a calm, composed and much sorted person. Therapy helps in every ways, I'm at a much better place as a person. All thanks to my therapist who guided me through one of the most difficult time of my life.
I recommend Ms. Priyanka Singh. She was clear and friendly during the consultation, and I felt well cared for throughout.

I went to Ms. Priyanka after 8+ years of debilitating Borderline Personality Disorder on the recommendation (or rather forcefulness) of my psychiatrist.

I have been on treatment for my mental health issues before and I didn’t get better that time. I have always had trouble expressing myself and talking about feelings. I was used to bottling everything up. And I was scared of being judged. Hence I kept delaying to get help. I myself am a doctor, still I kept suffering on my own, isolating from everyone and everything. This year has been the hardest for me. After 6 months of not leaving my house or not talking to anyone, I finally decided to get help. This time I wanted to see a psychologist before a psychiatrist. Last time it felt like the medicines didn’t help because I wasn’t talking about my issues. So yeah, I chose to go to therapy. Choosing the therapist was a really hard thing. When I came across Priyanka ma’am’s profile, one review in particular stuck with me. They said she was empathetic but not afraid to call you out on problematic behaviour, that she won’t coddle you but she’ll support you. So I decided to give her a shot. Going to therapy for the first time was scary. However I am very happy that I did. After almost 6 months of therapy along with medicines I am feeling a lot better. I can leave my house without having a panic attack, I am sleeping well, closer to my family and friends, learning to express myself better… I can go on and on and on.. yeah you get the gist. Having anxiety, OCD, panic disorder and depression all together is not easy. I have been feeling lonely most of my life, struggling emotionally, but now I don’t feel alone. Thank you ma’am for helping me feel better 😊
