You always need ears that will hear you and understand your situation and trust me Shelly ma'am helped me to overcome my helplessness, she gave me the confidence to look at things around me from my own perspective, she didn't lend her sight to see the world rather she cleared my vision 🤓

I am a confident individual now and I feel much better than before. Every session with you I have been learning something new and trust me the time I started implementing them in my life I FELT SORTED like never before 💕

I will keep bothering you whenever I feel low or the day I feel I need a Shelly dose 😉..

Ms. Inderpreet has not just been an excellent mentor but also a loving and nurturing medium which helped me fight my painful battles, she has been there at every step of my journey, holding my hand, side by side, they were the reason i never felt alone. There were high risk situations in my journey and i want to highlight that they handled it not only with utmost responsibility but with intense faith, which is very rare. I can confidently say that i’m out of what i was going through and it would not have been possible without her, Ms. Inderpreet is the reason i can manage my anxiety, doubt, loneliness and many more things. She didn’t stick some clichéd lines which are viral on the internet about mental health but she handled me with a lot of love like a sister. I would be forever grateful to Ms Inderpreet , because if it was not for her, i would not have been where i am right now

*** ** ** ***** *** ** **** *** ** *** *** *** ***** ** **** * *** **** ************ * **** **** ******* Months back I was in a terrible situation as I was going through severe depression bcoz of some  personal issues. I was on the verge to take my life, that was the time I started taking therapy sessions from her.....Now look at me today I am in a better space and in much better condition..All thanks to her and the time you she invested in me. I would have not survived if she would have not been there and available for me that time when i needed someone the most. She didn't bother about time and even gave ne personal attention in dead of the night when I was getting strong self harm tendencies. She is always available for you even out of scheduled hours. Whatever the time or situation she is just a call away!

She has been a very wonderful person to me. I approached her her basically for my anxiety issues. She can change the way you think of yourselves. It has helped me a lot overcome my anxiety issues. She has shown me another perspective of my own self, which we most of the times neglect. I had a therapy session online due to the covid crisis. Even though the session was online I could experience a lot more of me me changing. I merely had 3-4 sessions with her. Now I don't think I would be needing her very soon. It's been great taking therapy sessions from Ms Inderpreet.

I must say when I needed a friend, a guardian angel, a well wisher that's when Inderpreet ma'am came in my life. No matter what time it is, no matter what problems she was facing on her side, she was always just a phone call away. She absolutely brings out the best in you, she not only helps you what you have reached for but also with her immense love and care explains each part of life with grace. In simple words you value yourself and what you have around you more than you could have imagined. I came out of a very tough phase and it was only possible because of her. She is a perfectionist in every field of problem. And epitome of blessing. She treats everyone like her family. I am blessed that I have her. My relations with everyone are at its best and I started loving myself. What more does a person need when you can get a person who makes you fall in love with yourself and perfects any kind of relation? It's her not only for me but everyone❤️

I have attended many sessions which has helped me a lot in my personal growth. I m much more Confident and positive bcoz of her. Her counselling techniques are amazing, and she knows exactly how to reach that place where u will find your answers. She is extremely passionate about her work and I would surely recommend Inderpreet Kaur Gupta for everyone who is looking for growth and perceptive in life.

What no medication could do, her therapy did and helped me cure depression through positivity and a very light hearted approach to life. Believes in making client self reliant and handing situations independently. That’s the best thing about her. Totally recommended. A few session with her and your perception on life will totally change.

Inderpreet is an incredibly kind, patient and a friendly person who is naturally gifted when is comes to counseling. She has amazing analytical skills and a very clear and concise way of explaining things. She is extremely calm and very easy to talk to. She listens intently and comes up with creative ways of addressing the issues. I have implemented her suggestions and they have made a massive positive difference in my life. Strongly recommend her for counselling and stress management related issues.

P.S. Special mention for the chai she makes. It's just too good!

It was my first time visiting a psychologists. My parents searched a lot and finalized miss inderpreet as my psychologists. She helped me overcome my problems and anxiety. She is a very good listener , I started feeling better after 3 4 sessions. She is very polite and friendly. I'm very glad that I met her . Thank you miss inderpreet.
