The overall experience with Dr. SUREKA was worthy. She is very patient and listens to the issue completely. Post that she suggested prevention medications. I was facing growth issues in early pregnancy. Would recommend to visit her as she has got lot of experience and is very positive.

The staff has no respect for people's privacy and ask irrelevant uncomfortable questions. Customer service is zero. The doctor is quite insensitive and does not spend time explaining the diagnosis to the patient and asks her assistant to do that job. ****** ********* ******* *** ********* *** the patient is given no prior counselling or knowledge of the procedure to be followed for the diagnosis.

The doctor did not give adequate time to hear out the patient. A wait time of 1.5 hrs for a 1 min appointment. No solution / diagnosis offered to the condition being faced. And to cap it all, a consultation fee of Rs 1000 (as against Rs 300 mentioned on Practo) was charged just for prescribing some tests and Meftal for the pain!
